Chief Operating Officer - Agribusiness
Ben is a senior executive in beef industry operations with an in-depth understanding of cattle and beef integrated supply chains. Ben has been influential in shaping various organisations and careers over his more than 30 year career in the beef industry. He brings a positive and optimistic approach to business and has a passion for building good team cultures and raising livestock.

After starting her career with Harvey Beef in an on the floor role, Blair has progressed into focusing on packing and efficiencies and is now heading into operations. Blair believes
“Anything is possible in the meat Industry” and that there is a place for everyone regardless of their age, gender, culture or religion.
